I just disconnected my headphones and there is still now sound going out of the TV speakers, is it possible that SCP was not made to be able to send audio over HDMI.

That shouldn't make a difference as the intro animation's audio works fine, but it's another thing to try.

What are the sample rates for SCPs' sound.

This is happening to me aswell, I have no idea what is wrong with it. Undertow clip has perfect audio but when I reach the game menu the sound goes, as for the rest of the game there is no audio aswell. Headphones don't do anything and my tv has speakers that don't anything too. I don't know if this is happening to natheios aswell but when I get an achievement it doesn't have a picture so looking at the achievements menu is annoying and it is hard to find any specific one aswell as achievements you have.

I haven't played the game to get an achievement yet sense I can't hear, but that is interesting. I do have an idea on why the sound wont work, i don't know what frequency the game plays on but my TV only allows 44.0 kHz and 48.0 kHz.

Sample rate is 44100kHz as it should be, the issue isn't to do with sound, but B3D's audio device recognition.

B3D's audio recognition? Does this mean there might be a way to fix it? Or could this be fixed in a future update. Also for the achievement problem I have it only happens sometimes. Yesterday while messing around with the console I decided to get some achievements, they had pictures yesterday but not the day before. It is really weird..

Hey, i found the fix, well for me at least. Go into the folder of SCP - Containment Breach and look for "options.ini", right click that and hover over "open with", click notepad. When the document opens up, look for the words "audio driver = ", if there is a "0" there, change it to a "1". Hopefully that helps you guys!
