I was using SCP-914 to refine my goggles to those that don't use batteries. After putting them on, my framerate dropped and certain textures started flickering.

Note: No batteries were placed in the NV Goggles.

EDIT: I put them on a second time after equipping them before refining them. The graphical glitch didn't happen that time.
