the chances to get a omni or 4-5 lvl are zero i spent 1 hour in that place putting 3 cards at a time and reloading my save after every try!

The system is broken and unfair the game forces the player to spend a day to get 1 freaking card somebody needs to remake the card system with a better idea even the pre 1.3 system was way better than what we have now... before it was easy to get high lvl cards now its hard.

Maybe return the old system of 914 and reduce the number of cards you can find in the zones? there are too many low lvl cards and duplicate items in rooms like the room with 2-3 radios and 2-3 clipboards lel

The same thing was before 1.3. Regalis did it on purpose, so players can go in HCZ and find better key card
Edit: Before 1.3 there was 0% chance to get lvl 4 after lvl 3. Now it is 5%

There is no 1.2.6.
For omni you can look for all possible achievements

all i know it was the final version before 1.3

My system fixes your problem. Giving my honest opinion, I found the old system more comfortable as getting a level 3 was guaranteed, quick and easy to do. I'll just have to create a lengthy guide with pictures on my system so that VB can understand it.

1.2.4 was the final 1.2.x version, but the keycard system wasn't altered until 1.3.5.
We started to work on system since 1.3. And almost every version have some changes in system
