If you want to keep enjoying the game while using the old system do these steps when reaching 914 with a level 2 --> F3 --> spawnitem level 3 key card --> dispose of the level 2. I know that the current luck system is bs. I have made my own system suggestion, and the newer system is most likely going to be changed in the future as the issue is widely known.

Or just 'spawnitem level 5 key card' so that you don't bother :twisted:

A Level 5 is present in room106. If you don't want to get the meaningless achievement given that the console is needed to deal with buggy moments then take a couple of cards and keep putting them on fine. You can also put the cards in the intake booth and save (if possible) before turning​ the key and then you can always quickly reload the game until you get what you want.

To get lvl 3 key card you can do 3 things:
1. Get in from 914 with chance of 83.3%
2. Get it from 1162 (actually you can get any key card from it).
3. Went to PD and exit it in HCZ. If you are lucky you will be teleported to storage room. If 106 teleport you in corridor in HCZ - just find 049's chamber and get lvl 4
So why do we need to change it?

i got the 5 lvl card and fell out of the room in the 106 room after i reloaded the game...
i even started a new game got the card again and went to 914 and my 5 lvl turned to a mastercard!

reloading is pointless i keep getting mastercards, playing cards and 2 lvl cards every time i just need 1 freaking omni card for the achievement

i got the 5 lvl card and fell out of the room in the 106 room after i reloaded the game...
i even started a new game got the card again and went to 914 and my 5 lvl turned to a mastercard!

To C.B: You need to place level 2s in and then repeat it.
To V.B: The chances don't seem to be 5/6 on hard difficulty factors. I think that the system shouldn't​ be made up of luck - which forces you to waste time on repeating the refining process - and instead be something like my suggestion.
