I recently installed the game and just like the post from 2 weeks ago, I get audio fine on the start up but no audio in game at all. I have even tried the suggestion of changing the value code in the options.ini folder and still no prevail. Anybody else still experiencing this problem?

On Barotrauma? If you're talking about SCP Containment Breach, Reg has posted a notice to try and prevent people from posting in the wrong subforum. It also says clearly at the top of each section which game it's talking about.
