Through various playthroughs, I've encountered SCP-1048-A, but when I run past him, I don't hear his scream. I get every other effect, including dizziness and the ears, but I just can't hear his scream. Is there any way to fix this, or is it just a bug that I have to wait for to get patched? It doesn't really take away from the gameplay, but I'd rather fix this if I could. Thanks in advance.

Turn off Sound Auto Release in options

I tried this, but I've yet to encounter him again. I'll edit this once I see him.
