So I downloaded the game multiple times, different links and browsers, and am missing the dlls Fastext.dll FastText.dll and winfix.dll. Any help? It happens when I try to install the NTF mod

You need to install NTF mod on 1.2.2/1.2.3/1.2.4 version of SCP CB, not on latest version
