RESOLVED (Can't open Console though)

This is resolved. I was a dingus and never saw the switches inside 49's containment. Apologies for my idiocy...
Along the topic of "bugs", now I can't open the Console... Help?

You need to pull on 2 levers in his chamber to turn on elevators
