Yesterday I played the game normally and when I got to this "pipe maintenance" part I found these night vision glasses.
I took them and went back up the elevator, at the start the elevator just closed the door and didn't go up at all but I managed to get it working by pressing it the second time.
Then when I got back up there was this burnt page on the floor so I took it and I opened it up and it crashed the game.
Today I opened up the game and it said there is a "Blitz 3d error"

Error: And it just keeps on saying blitz 3d error at the bottom of my screen. (when I got to the pipe part I didn't save anywhere but it still shows an error like it happend before I got there)

What should I do?

Reinstalling the game seemed to Fix the crash but not the error
The error still shows up though and lags the game quite a bit

I think I fixed it somehow, just by restarting the game a couple of times.
if it would happen again I'd report.
