[WIP] How to make a SCP-087-B Mod

Tools you will need to created a mod:
RECOMMENDED:
Spoiler
SCP-087-B (Of course)
A Paint Tool (I like to use MS Paint but you can use GIMP or something else also)
A Sound Effect (Any, even copyrighted sound effects)
Audacity (Recommended as you may need to edit the sounds abit)
OPTIONAL
Spoiler
Blitz3D (if you want to code something for your mod)
3D World Studio (if you want to create a Map for your mod)
Juanjpro's Options Mod (If you want to improve or screw around with SCP-087-B)

Why would you recommend that people infringe on copyright law?
That Same Anon wrote: He probably put it as optional because of the whole "resource changing" thing that's more dominant in 087-B than coding mods.
'Resource mods' aren't 087 specific, they're dominant for a decent portion of games due to the lack of work required to make one.

I never said that, I said they're simply more dominant in 087-B and CB due to how easy it is to ACCESS the texture files. Meanwhile in Half-Life 2..
