I'm assuming you're talking about the short clip of the player breathing, then the guitar that plays on the main menu?

That was a short clip that was made by Regalis. I'm guessing it's so the main menu wouldn't feel so "empty" when you beat the game.

CommanderMark included it in his release of the soundtrack, in the supplemental, if I remember correctly.
