Yep...Defibrillators and longer time before permadeath. Because in our world you have about 5 minutes to bring back the heart beat and then the brain is propably dead. If someone for example drowned in cold water like water on Europe, it would be even longer. Blood loss wouldn't be the problem either if we had i.v fluids and other stuff.
