I see that you enabled the bump mapping, you should disable it, because the game become more buggy when it is enabled.

This mod is awesome, but, I don't know why, I have a bug in this mod (This bug is not in the normal game.), I hear the breath of the Gas-Mask since I started the menu, and when I put the Gas-Mask on me, I hear two breath at the same time, and when I drop the Gas Mask, the sound is still here.

I don't think the SCP Foundation would keep ANY picture of 096's face anywhere. It'd be a ticking time bomb. Just one curious random guy who peeks at the document and you got a massive containment breach which ends up in hundreds of deaths. It'd be better to have a picture of him, but with his face...
