...how the hell do you use items in this game? I've tried everything, and now I've turned to you guys for help.

Whenever I start up the game (I'm using version 1.3.8 ), I get an error that says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application.". I've added custom drinks to SCP-294, and I'm not sure if this has something to do with it or not. A little help here?
