If you are having difficulty getting Vector to launch, please get the latest revision of the build (same URL) that includes a postinstall executable. Run that executable to install the necessary runtimes and Vector should then work.

What ports does this use, and what protocol?
I thought I set it up, but either I set it up wrong or used the wrong ones. Made an account just to ask this.

It's the same as the default dedicated server. 27015 and 27016 UDP, nothing has been changed.
