I think that there should be bits of other SCPs scattered around. It could show that previously they were there but they left bits behind or got in fights with other SCPs and lost. Maybe a fire extinguisher can be added if scp-457 is implemented. Except it cant kill scp-457 Completely, only making him retreat. Like the tesla gates with scp-106

Filled with several supplies, such as medkits, eyedrops, cold pills and painkillers (though the medkits also have them) Maybe When the player is shot in the leg or something he can take painkillers to help run for a short amount of time... and for the sake of usefulness for cold pills...

The vision makes sense, kinda like the gas mask does. The stamina regen not as much, maybe you can run for less time, but the bar should regenerate at the same speed.
