Well, if you have half-life 2, you should get a mod called No more room in hell. It's free, and has a pretty large following. I believe it has been green lighted, so it could become standalone at some point.

Perhaps a very fine flashlight would have a slightly more concentrated beam that would slow down 106? Although I'm not sure how a flashlight would work in CB, and if there's the required lighting functions. Yeah, thats what I had suggested, I also suggested that it'd eat up batteries like crazy tho...
