I like it, but I'm sure every one is going to kill you for suggesting the use of a weapon, I think it's fine, though, perhaps make it completely useless against SCP's, maybe have it so that if some one thinks they are clever and puts it in 914, it would come out broken no matter what.

This can be used when you character is feeling extreme fear. Kinda like in Amnesia? When you stay in the dark too much and the screen goes blurry? That's what I thought, I think it could work very well OP, it could cause the player to become very uneasy, though, don't do it too much or else it just...

I agree. I was actually thinking about this; it would be great that in the intro sequence you could see two or three doctors working (in the office room, you know?, a room with desks, computers... xD) Maybe you could see some one getting dragged into the pocket dimensions by 106, maybe find a corps...
