With IP/IP Range Blocks there's often the issue of collateral damage, especially with dynamic IPs, that's the one issue with any sort of IP block.

Sample rate is 44100kHz as it should be, the issue isn't to do with sound, but B3D's audio device recognition.

What do you mean? Who did you see that was a "Forum Helper"?
If you mean what I think you mean, Usergroups sort the regular users from Admins and Mods.
