If you're looking for more options, try ZDoom, or its OpenGL derivative, GZDoom. Those engines can do quite a bit.

Honestly, use Dropbox, and when you share links from there, change the dl=0 at the end of the URL to dl=1. That makes it a one-click download. It's sure to be very compatible.

It's also good for media - change the www in the URL to dl, and it can play media without downloading it.
