I have mentioned this before, but I think that 096 needs to pace the wall of his cell (like mentioned on the foundation wiki) instead of just sitting on the floor.

I have ran into this bug in the red T shaped room as well, 073 seemed to be getting stuck on the vent grate and was unable to move passed it.

I think that either D-9341 needs some way to "fight" against the MTF or the MTF AI needs to be tweaked, I have just finished playing a map, I got to a section where the door I needed to go through was guarded by an MTF, there was no way at all that I could get passed him beacause of the little room ...
