Copy the contents of your SCP:CB directory (sub-directories and all) to the location of the source code

Don't make an executable, just run the code directly from Blitz. The debugger should pop up on the bottom

But seriously, just wait for the mods to do their thing.

Added new stuff

Console Commands:
- 'spawn096' (Spawns 096 to your location, doesn't work most of the time due to 096's current teleporting algorithm. May make this instead spawn another 096 if it keeps the current algorithm)
- 'reset096' (Does as it should)
