Sounds like you've run into a Bug. Try using Console Commands [ F3 ] and type " noclip on ". Close Console Commands using F3 again then fly up to the Catwalks. Open up Console Commands again then type " noclip off " and land on the Catwalks. If you are where I think you are, You should be back and s...
