I guess I won't get it then AvP 2 had a very fun (yet unbalanced as hell) multiplayer

Battlefront 2 multiplayer is still working. Use GameRanger. I actually own a very old copy (when it wasn't on Steam) and play from time to time.

I've currently bought the Black Mesa: Source beta and I might get Alien vs Predator 2010, but people say the multiplayer is dead so I'm not sure about it.

I won't trust any game before it's actually released.
