I don't think it's a good idea if there are too many (key) items in one room; I think they are better distributed throughout the facility. I've been asking for a television/surveillance room for a while now, so I'm definitely on board with that :D

I'm a little confused as to what you mean by key activation...but putting more security around 008 does make sense given its dangerous and far-reaching effects. As for the door opening, there IS a way to get in, but not through normal playing - tis a bug still being worked out.

Not that it's a bad SCP or anything, quite the opposite, but he has no place in this game.
I wholeheartedly agree. He's a really cool SCP, but there are a million other additions/bugfixes with which CB would stand better.
