That might be why, according to the updates log the MeshCullBox function wasn't added until version 1.97, try updating your Blitz.

Weird, I can't find any reference to 'meshcullbox' in the code.

Just to be sure, have you put the FastExt.dll, FastExt.decl, FastText.dll, and FastText.decl files in your Program Files\Blitz3D\userlibs folder?
