Yeah this has happened to me on a few occasions... It's a pretty rare bug though and you can usually get around it, but it is annoying.

I'm not sure if you are aware of this, but those are not camera masks. The Class D textures were broken back then. The head texture is simply a broken texture for their feet.

I was trying to make some liquids but for some reason most of the attributes don't work for me. Sounds, color, transparency, lethality and explosion are all fine but when it comes to stuff like killtimer, blur or damage they just don't seem to be working for me.
