Same problem here, if its your graphics card, get a new one.
If it's not try a re download?
I don't know but i think it's when a resources texture gets corrupted and doesn't load. (I.E gasmask/wall)
If you really can't afford to restart then copy your save to the other.

The elevator glitch occurs randomly, try reloading in elevator that seems to help.
If not try to run on the door frame just before the room loads to not clip through the ground.

Please tell me im not the first to think of this but shouldn't there be a Thaumiel class in SCP CB?
I understand it may break the lore of the game and not fit the background of it but surely a Thaumiel class breaks out of containment in a possible Gate C ending?
