The only country I see at the moment that could start WW3 would be North Korea. But then again, if they did, they would get beaten really fast, I mean, how many countries will it be against them? The rest of the planet? Pretty much, China and the USA would be against them if they did launch a nuke ...

Wouldn't happen. Germany's a member of Nato, and Japan is allied with the USA..
Also Japan and China are very unlikely to ally.

I doubt Germany would start WW 3 or even have the resources to take on the US..
If there was a World War 3 it would be between larger powers, like the US and China

Well from what I read on the dev blog I got the impression that it wasn't coming in the next version, it was planned originally tho.. and will probably come at some point
