For the 096 face problem, have you considered recording him running over the gas catwalk, the gas could cover his face but still show his body, then maybe do some kind of fade effect as his face comes in to view while still having his scream play? Hmm, the best I could say would be to shoot it very carefully and/or have a clever way of concealing or 'censoring' 096's face. Perhaps only show legs as he runs, or make the camera run around the D-Class at the right moment, so that his arms (in a wincing or cringing position) block off 096's head...
