Either the Divinity Studios Website, but they have a Pre-Alpha available at their ModDB page, and the pre-alpha is under 'Downloads'.

The game won't load. I click on the icon but nothing ever comes up. Guess I'm waiting...

Check for a process in Task Manager.
Open Task Manager with Control + Alt + Delete. In Vista/7, click the Task Manager button.
Click processes tab, and look for the file you should of opened. (Program file, like .EXE)
