I have a few guesses:
SCP-017 "Shadow Person"
Because 017 is an interesting SCP that has not been added
SCP-(I forget number) "Freeze Tag"
Because freeze tag instances are chaser types and the music would suit them perfectly

However, its probably some SCP I've never read before...

Well, I'm not sure what I could send as a script. For an example voice file it would be good to record the MTF Announcement or something (but I need a clear voice sample, so it should be as clean as possible and there shouldn't be any background sounds/static or whatever).

I normally would want to help out with this mod, but I am really bad when it comes to coding and modelling. I do know how to code a little bit, but only with Java

Well, not really killing them, but more like stunning them, so they will flee from the player for like some seconds before finding teh courage again (unless the player is far away, so they cannot detect them).
