And about Youtube tutorial really you can become a big actor of SCP Community moreover your mod, you will be the first to make tutorials about SCP modifications. For exemple me i want to learn how it works and the modding mechanics but i dont know a lot of things about that :( so your tutorials could help me, and we could see some new SCP games born thank to this :)

Yes i saw some things about Blitz 3D and i already download it but i will download 3D World Studio like you said, i will see that i can do with see too, i think by this way i can make some "room" modifications at least

But to link everything (how open this thing, what i must do, etc...) tutorials can be good ahaha :D

Actually to make rooms, you need to buy 3D World Studio (49.99 US-$ as I last visited the website). You need to do that because in the test version you can't save/export maps.
About the tutorials: As I already said, I can make these if I have the time to do them.

To be honest, I think the weapons should be rather...limited.

While granted, it is a military force, they shouldn't be using a total of 50 weapons. Rather, some based on rank, class, and such.

Which, well, you could use these as an example:

Melee Weapons
-Combat Knife (Is Shared Across All Classes.)
-Crowbar (Used by Pointmen, mainly for prying doors open, can be repurposed for bashing skulls in.)

Pistols
-USP .45 (Used by Pointmen and Standard Assault Classes, as well as all others)
-Beretta M9 (An alternative handgun for the classes. high mag capacity, and high accuracy.)
-Glock 17 (Alternative Handgun, very high clip capacity, somewhat decent accuracy, pretty weak.)
- M1911 (High Damage, High Accuracy, Slow Fire Rate, Low Ammo Cap, Default Heavy Gunner handgun)

SMGs
-P90 (Can be used by Pointmen. High Clip Capacity, High Fire Rate, Low Damage, High armor Penetration, Sub Par Accuracy.)
-MP5SD (Can be used by Pointmen and Standard Assault Classes. Good Damage, Good Clip Capacity, Decent Accuracy, Low Armor Penetration.)

ARs
-G36K (Default Standard Assault Primary, Good Damage, Great Accuracy, Good Fire Rate, Decent Armor Penetration)
-SCAR-H (Alternate Standard Assault Rifle, High Damage, High Accuracy, Slow Fire Rate, Decent Mag Size, Great Armor Penetration)
-M4 Carbine (Alternade Standard Assault Rifle, Good Damage, Decent Accuracy, Great Fire Rate, Good Armor Penetration.)

Shotgun
-M1014 (Good Damage at Close Range, bad Range, Bad Accuracy, Low Ammo Cap, Low Armor Penetration, Default Pointman Weapon)

LMG
-M249 (Insane Fire Rate, Good Damage, Immensely Low Accuracy, High Armor Penetration, Only used by Heavy Gunner.)

Some of these weapons come with Tac-Lights. All of the handguns have Tac-Lights, as well as the Shotgun, M4, P90, M249, and the Knife is dual Wielded with a mag light.

About the FlashLight: Actually there are many ways to add a FlashLight, take a look here:

Oh, and B3D is supporting dynamic light, but not like what would be better for it (it's using "Vertex-Lighting" instead of "Pixel-Lighting"), so you need a higher Polygon-Count to make your Meshes lighted up good, but here's a example:

Even if it's just a sprite, it's actually well made (but it requires many things such as scaling it, making the Alpha-Value fitting to the distance, etc...).

And now about the classes: This is a pretty good idea, but I'm not 100% agreeing with all the guns for each classes and I don't know what classes you actually meant. But a system like that would be great (and yes, I think I'm planning too many weapons, I think some of them are already enough :D). Here would then be a list (the "names" of the classes are not the actually names, they are just placeholders, so if you have names, just let me know :wink:):
  • Normal/Standard: P:P90,S:USP Tactical (or USP .45),M:Combat Knife
  • Light/Scout: P:MP5K (not MP5SD, as I already planning on adding that weapon),S:Beretta,M:Combat Knife
  • Heavy/Tank: P:M4A1 (or M4 Carbine),S:Glock-18,M:Combat KnifeKnife
  • Engineer: P:XM1014 (not the M1014 (if it has any differences)),S:Desert Eagle,M:Crowbar
  • Medic: P:Spas-12, S:USP Tactical,M:Med-Kit
Legend:
P: Primary Weapon
S: Secondary weapon
M: Melee Weapon

These would be all classes I have in mind right now, so some suggestions are welcome! I'm also need some names for them.

Here's a list of all weapons that I want to add, but currently have no classes (or probably will have no one):
M249: Will be a pickable gun (no class has it as a standard weapon)
AT-4: Very rare weapon (also no class has it as standard)
Mac10: Somehow I want to make the gun, but maybe I will scrap it.
SCP-127: No class will have it (that's something I can say 100%)
(Some weapons I listed before will not be included because I think some of them are not needed or would fill the list too much)


@spedos22: Can you make a list of all classes you actually had in mind (because I couldn't filter them out of your post).
@All: If you have any more suggestions about classes or anything else please let me know!
