Uh, well I searched transparent scanlines on google and stuck the png I found on top of my work in paint.net.

Perhaps - Love. Tolerate. Friendship. ? Since that'd click easier with users seeing the LTF mentioned in notes and around the facility.

I used Destructoid's suggestion from several pages ago, if you think Love Tolerate Friendship works better I can change it.
I feel the need to space out the words more.

Mmm..... The scan-lines are bad. They don't match with the ones in the main menu. But if the pic shows over the main menu, it's fine.

My advice is to render with correct matching scanlines, or else you get uneven, and some looks black, some wierd, because Glitch's are even # spaces,
the official ones odd # spaces. Here is a correct render example:
