It's just for 106's tunnels, but I could do something with 049's.
You can't randomly generate 049's chamber, because it's a containment cell. You can't exactly randomize the containment chamber and it really shouldn't

You could if you split it up into bits. The maintenance tunnels are also static until this mod is installed. He could certainly split it up into hallways and the chamber itself, perhaps maybe even putting the supply closet 049 comes out of in a different area than usual!
