SWE: Weed Breach

A fun conversion to the game, where we will see how the facility looks like when you are high from 420-J try getting the reference of SWE

Probably when we get enough mods, I'll put them all together in a single mod, yes, it will include some SCP from the MLP Mod

Kid, first of all nothing will make you trip if you smoke weed (unless your shit was laced with acid or shrooms). Second, if you're gonna make a weed breach, make the guy at the beginning talk about smoking weed and everything of relevance. Also you should retexture 173 with a red top, yellow middle and green bottom. Also put a weed leave on his face or some shit like that. Put the Jamaican flag all over the walls and when you do smoke SCP 420-J make it so your vision is SLIGHTLY blurred and make it so you constantly blink more. When you smoke the 420-J you should add the same effect that you get for going through the black smoke without a gas mask. Also, make it so you can't even run (like the effect from that SCP ring thing). Also add a SFX of giggling and laughing. I smoke weed, I know what it is like to be high and stuff. You need advice? Consult me.

I think some of those things will need coding, and I don't know a shit of that, maybe first a release just with GFX and SFK changes
