Eeyup! And there were a plethora of other changes, you can see them if you have my first draft and my revision side by side. Some credit is due to Nightmare for helping me rewrite some of RD's story.
If you care to see, I'd also revised Fluttershy's story. See page 53.

Each pony represents an SCP. For Fluttershy, it's 096. Rainbow Dash is 106. Etc. this means that all of the SCP's atributes are transferred to the pony.
