That's something new with the main game, it only happens when bump mapping is enabled. Now, rather than distorting the textures, it distorts the lightmaps.
That sucks. Not sure how that happens, since all bumpmaps are defined in "materials.txt," so unless Regalis changed that, nothing should be wrong :?

Basically, I think the idea is that 1074 isn't actually in its own chamber; it is really just in a generic testing room, hence why there is no sign saying "1074" on it. This is why there are multiple rooms throughout the facility. 1074 was probably just moved there for some experiments before the breach occurred.
