I don't have a mod, but rather a suggestion.
What if someone took all the mods from this thread and combined them into one big mod that's more worth looking into?

There's nothing preventing you from doing this, CL hasn't really defined what a 'small mod' is. So all I'm left to assume by his examples is a set of resource edits.
