Yeah, I also thoght of that. I don't know if that would fit (the MTF-Units should look like Military Forces or SWAT units (I mean with that, that they should look like high-armored and armed soldiers)). Making Barney in the team wouldn't fit because he does only wear a Kevlar and a helmet. But I thought to make a security guard with the pretty same design as Barney (so with just a Kevlar Vest, a Helmet and as adittional some knee and elbow protectors). I wouldn't use the Barney model because the model is already used in Half-Life.
