Hello there guys, i want to make a mod named "SCP Weed Breach yay" but i don't know what programs to use to change textures and sounds, so can you recomend me some plz?

GIMP, a free image editor a bit like photoshop
Audacity, free as well, it can open .oggs and record.

Is audacity hard to use?

Not really. If it helps you can look up some videos, but it's really easy to use once you get the hang of it.

GIMP is kind of big, paint.net is good enough for me.

As said, Audacity will do the job for sounds.
For textures, you can just use Photoshop, or GIMP, a free photoshop clone. From there, most of the adjustments are just applying filters,
or copy and pasting new textures. (I tried making a total conversion, and only 5-10 textures were created from scratch.

I use audacity and paint.net.

GOLDWAVE is good for audio editing, there's probably some keys on a youtube video of it so you can get it free.

So i decided in the changes that the mod will have, i don't have done the changes though

173 will be Ganon from the Zelda Cd-i series, he will say this

"You dare to bring the light to my lair?!" When he's near you
"YOU MUST DIE!" When he's on your face
"DIE *snap*" when he kills you

106 will be.....

Ao oni from Ao Oni The chase song would be It's R*ping Time of PewDiePie
Or Loadsamoney guy, with his song being the chase theme

The game over songs, gonna replace the Death sounds with them
