High-Res Mod Possibility

Regalis, does the engine automatically scale the textures? Or does waiting for a High-Resolution mod have to wait until, if ever, you release the source. Games like Minecraft that have 16-bit graphics, have a 512x512 texture pack with a mod.... which is 16 times the original texture resolution.

Wai, is it allowed to do HD Conversions mods?

Because, i have a abandoned HD mod here on my pc so....
If it is allowed i can continue to develop it

Isn't texture size an engine limit, not a source code limit?...

Why not? Regalis said anything he makes is Creative Commons...

There is a max texture size, but I'd need to look at the source to see if the engine automatically scales the textures for the model's UV maps.
