Let's say, if some guy drew a picture of America on fire. America would literally burn to flames.

Or drew North Korea failing even more badly than we expected and nuking itself...

This SCP seems way to overpowered, don't like it.

However, with an SCP or not, the Foundation IS the Foundation, they got the money and power to corrupt any nation.

No, the foundation cannot corrupt a nation no matter how much money it has. The foundation has the power to corrupt a nation by sending SCP's to their target, but that would compromise them. However this SCP can secretly destroy anything that the foundation wants.

They can use some SCPs for infiltration, the SCP FRED could be a useful infiltration and espionage agent if they can recruit him.
