Actually, I believe 682 was stuck in that form, but he was still lethal nonetheless. He regenerated after a few meager hours.

Reality warper, not anatomy and physiology warper.

A reality warper will alter scp 682's very existence, the one that failed may simply be a lower tier warper.

Also scp 682 played possum to another scp, if a reality warper turned him into a cat and then excused him to that said scp I'm pretty sure that would do it.

I'm sorry, I'm totally wrong. I think 001 is our hope, but the SCP foundation would think of it as too much of a risk to deal with that and most likely any other possible radical solution. Well it's like we that are intended to be here in universe, are never going to get rid of this error(scp-343 didn't even see him, he is beyond our understanding of meaning "Destroy"). i think the only way to get rid of him is to create parallel universe and sent him there, but the universe must have nothing in there not even an atom. But taking the challenge, maybe enter program with infinite loop in scp-155 and locking that lizard with this will be susficient.

Not to sure about scp 343's inability to see scp 682 being some sort of sign hat scp 682 is particularly special. Probably the strongest reality warpers shown are the korean girl, unfortunately scp 087, Cain is a pretty strong reality warper, Dr Clef Scp 001 proposal is incredibly strong, as for scp 343, we haven't seen much from him.

He'll just adapt to that. He survives being dunked in acid all the time, so lava wouldn't be much better.

682 would probably burn for a while, but there'd then be a point where he'll develop his skin to adapt to lava and become resistant, which would most likely make things a lot worse for the rest of us trying to attempt to kill him.
