I am creating this new forum as a place to allow Regalis/Admins/Moderators to communicate important news and other official information to the public.

I will ask that only actual official new be posted on this forum from other Admins/Moderators, such as new version updates or important information relating to the game (Such as Regalis being away). Other users are free to discuss anything relating on any official posted thread.

Also to clarify for anyone who is a big confused. You can post ontopic discussions on a thread created by an Admin/Mod. Even if it is just "Cool".

It seems half the post are things like "cool" or "I approve"...just an observation.

One question though. Can members make threads? Or just mods and up?

Only Mods and Admins can make threads on the Official New Forum. Anyone Else's post will be deleted and possible a warning will be issued.

Can't you set it so that regular users aren't able to post new threads here?

There does not appear to be an option, trust me I tried. The best I can do is lock the entire forum so only Admins and maybe Moderators can post. But that means absolutely no once can even post a comment.
