To be honest, I don't want to take any chance of a moderator screwing up again. Again I dislike signaling out users but WhiteAce did threaten to leave his position about three to four times.

How much leniency should I grant? How many chances should someone get?

I'm gonna take a step down from my usual position as a prick and say this.

WhiteAce is a Good Man. He adores his community and has proven that he deserves a second chance. He made a few mistakes. We all do.

Steel, I highly advise you don't blacklist someone from having a second chance just because you don't want to believe they have changed for the better.

I enjoy the double standard being demonstrated.

SFK has had enough chances.

Vs

WhiteAce deserves another chance.

Irrespective of what they have done nor what their current attitudes are they both broke the rules and were (Or were going to be) punished.

Ultimately it is up to the community to decide who they want to be promoted to a Moderator. If enough people vote for someone, then it is clear they want that person to be a mod.
