Demotion of a Moderator.

This is to indicate that one of our own, Xander, has been inactive for a long while. Only coming on when I informed him he was going to be demoted. Thus I will put it to a vote, yes another vote.

Simple this time, vote yes to remove him or no to keep him on. All discussion should be kept in this thread.
