Also the O5 ranks were custom assigned by me and not tied to someone mod status. Also before anyone points it out Dr. Follis was also demoted.

I was actually waiting for an announcement, I had already known at the time Xander and Follis had been demoted as I was told by Trex, I also know the reason why they were demoted but wanted to see if there had been another ulterior motive towards it.

My train of thought was that all that was needed to be said had been, Xander indicated that he would spend more time on this forum, and I explicitly stated that I wanted to see a greater involvement on his part. Which he failed to keep. So I went ahead and simply demoted them without any fanfare.
