Credits have been suggested for a while now, I think b3d can make the credits out of scrolling text.
Even if credits are added, having an Undertow Games splash screen after the launcher won't hurt.

No. Regalis is one man who works on the game. Though, it wouldn't have as much stuff as it has today (Presumably) without the community. I mean, a LOT of stuff was added from community made mods.
