What I think is that 096 should do some damage to the area around him while he's flipping out.
Maybe in the pump room, while he's stumbling around he knocks over a server, or swipes at it and takes a good chunk out of it. After he [REDACTED]'s the guard there should be a noise for him calming down, then there should be a mumbling noise, and you could be able to hear his footsteps. It would add a sense of horror to the creature, making you fear it. (Fix the face-in-a-wall as well please)

I think his AI is a little messed up. For instance, in 682's room, 096 will not open those blast doors or run down and up the stairs, instead he tried to run across and gets stuck.

Another instance is in the Doctor's offices. If you go into Dr Maynard's room, 096 will run into Dr Harp's office and try to go through the door.

Might be waypoint issues.

I too think he should freak out alot more. Maybe have it so when you anger him in his chamber he flips out and starts swiping randomly instead of just pacing around a bit before he chases you, maybe see if there's a way to apply a slash mark decal to walls he hits.

I never was fond of 096's running animations in this game. I always imagined 096 thrashing around like a headless Necromorph, just mindlessly swinging its arms around as it ran forward.
